Can I cancel my Facility Booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, before 72 hours prior to your booking you are welcome to cancel or reschedule.

Please go into your account either online or on your mobile app.

Click the X

Visit our online booking system 
On the top right corner you will see an

Sign in using your account information. It will be the e-mail and the password you set up when you originally booked. Unsure of your password? Click forgot password and you'll get an e-mail.

First time doing it? Click on Complete your account.

Once you are in your account - click on the person box on the top right
Click on Bookings
Under Action
Click the X next to your booking

How can I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes, before 72 hours you are welcome to reschedule.

Reschedule
Choose your desired time
A popup will say that you may re-schedule a service outside the cancellation window. 
Click Confirm

What spaces are available for rent?

Accepted Answer

Full Turf Space: Our 60x90-foot turf space is bookable online. You can check availability and book directly here. 
Baseball/Softball Space: This area includes a batting cage and can be divided into three pitching lanes or two pitching lanes with one outfield space. This space is only bookable via email or DM, as our system cannot automatically block other areas for these bookings. If you’re curious about availability before reaching out, check the "full field" rental space on our automated booking system as a reference. If you have a full team or over 5 people - please utilize the full field space which can be booked online.
Classroom and Flex Spaces: Classroom is available now. It has a 99 Inch TV that can be screen mirror or plugged into and a whiteboard. Seats around 30 participants. Can be set up more as a board room U or other configurations also.

What are the rental rates?

Our Pricing changes seasonally for turf rentals. Listed below is our Winter 2025 pricing.

Standard Turf Rental: $250/hour.
Recurring Weekly Classes or Bookings: $225/hour

Batting Cage and Pitching Lanes: $75/hour, including access to 2 L frames, a hitting mat, 2 T's, and 2 pitching mounds. Please include what equipment you require on your inquiry.

Question 5

Can I rent the basketball court?

Currently, we do not rent out the basketball court. However, you are welcome to purchase a punch pass to access it. Each person in your party needs to swipe in.

How do I inquire about rentals or check availability?

Accepted Answer

If you’re booking a couple of turf sessions for the next 30 days, you can use our online booking system.
