Training @ The Den
Building Athletes Beyond Game Day
At The Den, we believe the foundation of every great athlete is built long before game day. Our training services are designed to develop stronger, faster, and more resilient youth athletes who move with confidence and compete at a higher level. From turf-based dryland sessions that sharpen speed, agility, mobility, and endurance, to strength training that builds power and durability, we prepare athletes for both performance and long-term health.
At The Den, Training Fits Your Schedule
We know youth atheletes juggle busy schedules that are forever changing. That's why our training is built for flexibility. When you purchase a package, you're buying a set number of sessions and not locked in days. Athletes (and parents) can choose the class times that work best each week, so training never collides with practices, games or life.

TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS
Whether your athletes are just starting out or competing at a high level, our team training is built to fit your season and your goals.
For younger athletes, we offer fun, engaging dryland sessions that build a love for movement.
For older or competitive athletes, we create serious training programs that can run in conjunction with your season or as dedicated off-season development.
Our team packages typically include one session per week, scheduled around your practices and games, for a 10-week block. Head coaches can provide areas of focus, or our specialists will design a custom progression plan. Training blends balance, strength, agility, speed, mobility, and recovery — with special emphasis on the recovery piece that is often overlooked during the season.
This ensures your team stays healthy, durable, and ready to perform when it matters most.
